I have represented chemical companies, pesticide and fertilizer manufacturers, automotive parts manufacturers, water treatment companies, biofuel processors, food manufactures, and numerous other companies facing a myriad of environmental issues, such as compliance audits, EPCRA release reporting, CERCLA PRP defense, asbestos removal violations, pesticide labeling, chemical production regulation, brownfields redevelopments, financing due diligence, remediation oversight, OSHA citations, and DOT hazardous material interpretations.

Practice involves federal, state, and local environmental law across numerous areas, including chemical control under TSCA, pesticide regulation under FIFRA, hazardous waste disposal under RCRA, CERCLA defense, air permitting, environmental remediation, compliance self-audits, and EPCRA release reporting and compliance. Experienced in defending against federal and state enforcement actions.
